Quick To Quit

When a horse gives you a desired response, immediately stop and let him think about it. People will push a horse until the horse does what they’re looking for, and then keep asking trying to perfect it and lose what they should have deposited. If you are quick to let a horse stop and think about what he did well, then he is far more likely to know he is safe in what he did, and he can do it again.
