The Value Of Horsemen

While a well trained horse is worth his weight in gold, the value of an experienced horseman is priceless. Especially horsemen willing to invest their time into inexperienced youth or adults wanting to improve their horsemanship skills. While seeking lessons is wise, a large majority of people balk at how much a professional horseman charges and forego invaluable knowledge and experience for a cheaper option. Let me be real clear here, and this is the one thing people just don’t get- there is a big fucking difference between a horseman, and someone who owns a horse. With that being said, the people who settle on cheaper, less qualified options, generally learn how to get around and sit on a quiet horse; however, the reality is, those people often learn nothing about real horsemanship. That reason alone is why so many people get seriously hurt around a horse and lose their confidence at best. Remember, good horsemen have spent their lives honing their mastery of horses. Absolutely nothing is more effective or valuable than truly experienced horsemen giving you their time.
